#1 Thisproduct includes digital format manual (PDF format), scan the QR code cardinside the bag to view the manual, if you do not find the manual, pleasecontact us directly for it. (If you need a beautifully printed paperinstruction manual, you will need to pay extra.)

#2 Minifi_guresand their accessories, stickers and bricks with printed patterns are notincluded, although there are some products that have these assembly steps inthe instructions, we do not provide the above mentioned parts. (Unless youinsist on them, please pay a hefty surcharge, not recommended)

#3 If youare from the UK or EU you will need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) when the orderis no more than €150 or less than £135 and the final payment will be more thanthe order amount. For example, if you place an order for €10 and actually pay€11.9, the extra €1.9 is VAT.

In addition,if the order amount is greater than 150 euros or 135 pounds, you do not need topay VAT, but the parcel may incur customs duty, the duty should be borne by thebuyer. Please make sure to read this one clause before placing an order. (Ifyou want us to pay the customs duty and VAT for you, you have to contact usbefore shipment, maybe its not free...)

#4 We willstrictly check the number of parts before shipment, in case you find any partsmissing, please contact us and we will provide new parts for free.

#5 If youhave a great artwork or idea, we support MOC customization, you just need toprovide pictures or parts list, we will provide you all the parts you need, letus assist you to finish your great project!
