Returns accepted under the following conditions:

• Item is in brand-new, unused condition
• Includes original packaging, all accessories, and paperwork

Non-returnable items:

• Opened/used ink bottles
• Ink cartridges
• Used notebooks
• Engraved pens
• Pen cleaning tools

For fountain pens, please inspect upon arrival. If needed, test by lightly dipping the nib in washable ink only.
Fully inked/used pens returned for preference reasons are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Japan Writing Treasures.
