This is a handsome very rare brand new vintage sweater from Polo Ralph Lauren! It's was created to commemorate Ralph Lauren's sponsoring of the restoration of the Star Spangled Banner which started in 1998. It's completely handmade in weathered navy that's quite close to black, and it features the iconic US flag complete with faux "repairs" to mimic the repairs on the original flag. And true to Polo Ralph Lauren standards, the styling is impeccable:
