Returns: We will accept returnswithin 30 days from the day the item was deliveredfor a 20% restockingfee. Buyer must pay for the return shipping. The smaller packages get shippedout via USPS First Class if the item meets the 13 ounce weight requirement.Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs. will be deliveredbyfreight.

Freight Customers: When purchasing item that will clearly be freighted, we askthat you provide us with a business address(musthave forklift or loading dock achats on site)and a phone #. That way, wecan have the item delivered straight to the business address. International Customers: We do not ship outside of the USA unless this item is beingforwarded via the eBay Global Forwarding Program.
