Written by Adela Rogers St. Johns, a novelist, journalist and screenwriter. A prolific writer, she wrote silent films as well as novels, and was known as The Worlds Greatest Girl Reporter for her interviews during the 1930s and 1930s.
With a loosely inserted publishers slip offering the compliments of Doubleday & Company, Inc.
Acquired from the sale of Paul Gallicos library. Paul Gallico was an American novelist best known for The Snow Goose and The Poseidon Adventure.
Complete with the original unclipped dust wrapper.
The first, and only, edition of this extremely scarce collection.
CONDITION
In the publishers original full cloth binding with an unclipped dust wrapper. Externally generally smart, with some tidemarks to the boards and some loss to the head of the spine. Dust wrapper has damp staining and loss to the head and tail of the spine; edges are worn. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
